Jo Richardson (40), who played waitress Mrs Witton in the television serial Crossroads, is believed drowned after a boating accident while on holiday with her husband and two children in the Seychelles, ATV said last night.  The children, Jane (11), and David (8) were in the hotel when the tragedy happened.
