Meg Mortimer shows Helen Booth how to use the reception switchboard.  Meg goes to the office and David takes over on reception duty.  Helen Booth asks David if he would give her some idea of places to look for a house as she doesn't know the area.  "Do you think you could show me a few places when you have some time off?" she asks.  "What you need is a map," suggests David.

Doctor Butterworth issues Mrs Bailey with another diabetic card and asks her what happened to the other one, but Mrs Bailey doesn't answer.
